This is the slowest dennys I’ve been to. I asked for wheat toast and without acknowledging me they ran out of wheat toast, they just put white toast on my plate. The server was sweet but very slow. I ended up telling the cashier what we ate so I can pay and go home. Only one employee kept asking how anything was. Never seen the manager walk the floor. Customer service not what I’m used to when I go to a dennys…
We are visiting Houston from Brownsville and had an amazing experience with our waitress Lasnonda. Made our meal a great experience at this restaurant. I truly recommend to family and friends to visit them. Everyone super friendly and happy❣️
Every time my daughter and I come in, Adam and others on the staff greets us with such a pleasant smile. As our server, he is always super attentive and kind. Thank you for being the reason we will return!
