OK so I decided to order a pink drink from their app with chocolate cold foam!As soon as I came to pick up my order, As soon as I tasted my drink, I realize that there is no chocolate in it, and I decided to re-order the same thing but what extra chocolate! And it still did not have chocolate!I CAN Only taste maybe 10% of chocolate!Which is not enough!!I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND I’M PROBABLY NOT GONNA GET A REFUND WE STILL ABOUT $20 FOR TWO DRINKS!
I come here pretty often because I live close and it’s always a hit or miss with this place. I started ordering online because the drive-through would always be packed and take forever when I would get there so after switching to the online method pick up store I run into an issue where I order for pick up and they don’t have the store open on top of that The drinks are always inconsistent. I came to this location a few times before I go to work for coffee, when I placed mobile orders ahead of time, somehow I still had to wait another 10-15 minutes bc somehow the girl that was working march 5 morning shift when I came at 6:30/7am has dread's, braids or twist, long hair and chubby, she was taking forever to do the drinks.
