I went there to order a Carmel sundae instead she goes to put chocolate when I ask again for Carmel she throws the Carmel syrup over the chocolate syrup how lazy is that

I had a terrible experience buying Dippin’ Dots at this location. At first there was nothing wrong with it so I was walking along with my sister eating my dippin’ dots until I feel something aha p in my mouth and I take it out to see what it was and to my surprise it was a nail. Out of all of the times I have bought dippin’ dots this has never happened. So I went back to see if what we can do about the situation and we told the employee and he really didn’t do much about the situation he instead decided to give me another cup of the same ice cream but of course I would be grossed out about what I found in my cup. So we asked for a refund instead but the employee told me that they were not allowed to give out refunds so he exchanged it for drinks. But this place will will not have my services any longer I am angry and disgusted by this situation and hope they have a better way of checking sanitary manners in this location.
