I ordered online just for me to get there and have to wait an hour for my food and see people that ordered after me leaving with their food . Cooking environment was completely disorganized and unsanitary.. no gloves or hairnets we used .. I sat there for an hour and never saw anyone go to the wash station and wash their hands meanwhile everyone was touching door knobs and answering phones and touching food right after.. I also saw cutting knives being used on different pizzas meaning if one person has an allergy to a certain ingredient it was transfers because of their negligence., I ended up just asking for a refund ..

It's the worst service, I called and they never came with my order, I called an hour later and it turns out that they didn't receive my order. If they want pizza, this place is definitely not the right one. They should close it down if they don't want to work.

Terrible experience, received the wrong pizza, get this though, the driver kept the incorrect pizza and offered me the 20 once drink as a courtesy, sir no thank you, i am sure this is a company issue lack of training and other resources do better

I don’t want to drop this review but every time they just cheat you by falsely updating the pizza tracker and u have to wait again 20-30 minutes even after visiting store.The moment you stepped in then they ring your pizza and start prep.This stores just waste valuable time of every customer. And always understaffed. Those who work can’t multitask for huge volume of orders in the prime location and don’t care even if we ask for a ETA. Huge disappointment not just once it’s my 7 th time visiting the store happens every single time.

I was appalled to wait over two hours for my pizza delivery, which is completely unacceptable by any standard. When I called to inquire about my order, the staff simply put me on hold without providing any useful information or reassurance.To add insult to injury, when my concerns were finally acknowledged, the compensation offered for this significant inconvenience was a mere $2.29. This gesture not only felt inadequate but also dismissive of the time I wasted waiting.I am deeply disappointed and would advise others to consider this level of service before deciding to order from here. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

The worst food service experience I have ever had. After taking my order and waiting for more than 1 hour they told me that my order was canceled and without further explanation (I think they wanted to close and go home, but it's not fair because I had more than 1 hour waiting) they told me that the Money had been returned to my debit card and it was a lie because I had paid in cash. In the end I went home with my money in cash but without pizza and with a lot of wasted time ????

Horrible Place To Work , They Over Work You And Burn You Out As A Manager You Are Expected To Run Shifts Alone Even When It’s Busy They Don’t Care The DCO Is No Help He Doesn’t Even Know How To Run The Stores He Manages The GM Is A Tyrant And Does Whatever He Wants With The Store And It’s Employees If You Want To Eat Here Fine But Don’t Ever Ever Ever Ever Work Here! It’s A Very Toxic Workplace
