Placed an order @6:30 was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes 1 hour and 37 minutes later n still no pizza called up there 3 times n got put on hold every single time...finally said that my order was 10 minutes away asked for a discount and was told that they couldn't do anything for us so I got upset n they're reply was ok I can give you a free medium pizza w your next order! �
Really displeased with this location. Placed a order at this location around 9:40. Didn't know carryout closes at 10(website doesn't specify). Anyway arrive at about 10:03 I grab the door rep looks and then keeps walking around. I look at the sign and all I see is close at 12. Took about 10 mins and then I see the carryout stops at 10. I just attempted to order some pizza from your location in Houston , Tx on gessner driver near west bellfort. 1st call they answered, my phone call cut off. 2nd call they didn't answer. 3rd call they answered and said okay hold on. I could hear them in the background just talking and had me on hold for 15mins til I finally gave up and decided to just cook at home. Is this the type of business you run?
