This place is good but they need to shapen their cutting knife. So many times I come here and get pizza and try to grab a few pieces only for some to get stuck together at the bottom and tear. Get a sharper knife or put more muscle into it.

It is incredible that a nationwide pizza store chain, they don’t have ingredients to prepare the pizza you ordered. After waiting for more than 40 minutes under Prep I received a call from the store telling me about the ingredient situation. I appreciate that part though.

Domino's store 120 Westheimer road took took 2 hours to deliver order number 1243 this is poor service that this location is giving in needs to improve this stores out of line for that and it's not respectful to his customers it needs to start treating their customers with respect like the Golden rule says treat others the way you want to be treated and if he is you can't give respect you won't get respect and the delivery driver saying he delivered the order and he did it with his lying tail he needs to check himself before he wrecked himself this store needs to be investigated thoroughly

My pizza was completely burnt to a crisp and they thought it was wise to still send it to me. Unbelievable. And the crust tasted soo weird. Doubt I’ll be back again.
Waited over an hour. No one answers the phone. We let it ring gorv15 minutes and no one answerred. We have to leave now and have not been able to eat. Will never use dominoes again

This particular location has issue I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and my pizza showed up to my address extremely COLD and I made 4 attempts to call the store and now no answer ….. No one value their customer anymore
