Top notch, 10/10! Soto is truly an exceptional experience. I was so caught up in how delicious everything was, I didn't manage to snap a photo of all the incredible dishes. Quite literally the BEST restaurant I’ve ever eaten at in my life!!! The sushi quality was incredible, the presentation was amazing, the flavor profiles and combinations were immaculate, the chef was superb and so friendly, the waiter was also so kind, and so was the manager!! We went on a Monday night for my birthday dinner and wound up being the last table in the restaurant and chatted with all of the staff while we were eating our meal. Came in for lunch on a Friday and was seated very quickly. I love the atmosphere in here, great for a first date or something intimate. The wagyu gyoza is delicious, we ordered assorted sashimi and split a roll and everything was super fresh. If you are looking for a unique, quality sushi roll or dish this is a great spot. Pricing is on the higher side but I do feel like it matches the quality, balance of meal, and level of experience from the chef.
