I been calling since Friday when they messed up on my order and charged my friend twice I'm calling back now and these people still not answering the phone I called 3 times already and waiting on hold off 30mins each time now I'm calling back again and I'm still on hold

I don't know who they got new or something but that right there was straight ⛽? idk what the other reviews had but EVERYTHING was hot and fresh for my order. From online order to delivering took 25 minutes and fast delivery.
Driver even complimented my hair so that was a plus
My chicken wings was crispy and well sauced
Alfredo had decent portions and bread bites were as fresh as you could get. Pizza smacked wasn't too burnt and fluffy too.
Maybe it's not everyones experience but mine was pretty good ?

Ordered a large order for delivery on a Saturday evening. It arrived on time with all the correct items and had the same quality as all other domino pizzas. No complaint, five star service.

I wanted to order for pick up. They said “2 hours” for pick up.

1.5 hours to get my food. Wild.

Ryan is the manager here. Sent my order to the wrong hotel and got mad at me when I asked him about it. Then double charged me on my credit card. Unprofessional service and fraudulent behavior.

This dominos has some pretty bad reviews and personally I've never had these bad experiences with them. Me and my coworkers have eaten pizza from here more than a handful of times and it's been good pizza everytime we've never had a bad experience yet (Knock on wood). Would and will eat from this dominos again.
