This restaurant was expensive for being in the hood. The food was very good. Home made flour tortillas, delicious cheese, fluffy rice, freshly made fajita. My quesadilla set me back over $22! It is possibly the most I have ever spent on a quesadilla. It came with rice, beans, and guacamole. Not sure if leaving those out is an option, but I only asked for a quesadilla. Be prepared to spend some real money here.
Everything I ate was chef’s kiss delicious! You know it’s real when the food tastes like someone’s abuelita is back there putting her whole soul into the pot. And speaking of abuelitas—our waitress was literally giving sweet, sassy grandma vibes and treated us like family. Service? Impeccable. Vibe? Cozy and authentic. Food? 100% authentic and 1000% worth it. 10/10 would recommend—bring your appetite and maybe some stretchy pants.
