This was amazing place to go it was pricey so we probably won't go there again but definitely worth going to at least once. The food was great and service was excellent.
Nice place to visit if you are in Houston.
Loved the shark tank experience. Watching the sting rays and fish circle was fun. The food and service were excellent!
This place is much smaller than expected. They charge by height so my 6 year old needed an adult ticket, which I understand if you're doing the rides (we didn't) but for just the aquarium is ridiculous. They have 2 random tigers that are beautiful but their outdoor enclosure is below an overpass. My kids did like the part where they could touch the stingrays but some of them appeared to have sores on their backs which was concerning. It was nice to say we went, but probably won't visit again.
It was a little hot inside and some of the fish didn't have a picture and detail about them outside their tanks so you didn't know what they were. I didn't like that.
Great place very family oriented. Lots of great fun the aquarium was incredible.
Tiny aquarium with most everything being outside makes it hard to do on a cold texas day they advertise it as much larger then it is. So cool to ride a train through a parking lot...not... waisted 125 dollars to do something indoors with my family on a cold day and ended up not being able to do most of everything. And lots talk about the the ghetto area. Doesn't feel safe
The kids love the kids menu. I've only been twice, but the main courses have never been that good or flavorful. Ambiance & service have always been great.
Its just a resteraunt with big fish tanks you have to pay to get into. Not worth the $$
**edit: I couldn't work the link. My suggestion would be if your advertising as an aquarium and charging $25+ then ensure your guests can spend more than 15 minutes walking through your store. I maybe would have paid $10 to walk your aquarium floor. If im brutally honest your aquarium pales in comparison to the aquarium in Jenks OK and the tickets in Jenks are cheaper than yours. 🤷♀️
The aquarium was an ok experience, but I feel we definitely overpaid for what there was to see. If you want to get your moneys worth add on the attractions because the aquarium itself was very small. $53 for a child and two adults plus $15 to park just seemed more than the visit was worth coming from 3 hours away.

I was blown away by how good the food was and how well themed the restaurant was. Honestly, I was prepared for it to be a gimmick, but it was a wonderful dining experience! Great for date night. The food quality wasn't crazy fancy, but it was priced well (good portions) and good taste! I wished service was better - we literally had to ask for bread because we noticed some tables got it (and it's good bread!) and the waiter disappeared after taking our order and until it was delivered. Overall, would surely return next time I'm in town, though.
What a fantastic experience! I've been before but I brought my husband and kids this time and they loved it! The ticket prices were totally reasonable for all the adventures, rides and exhibits that were included. Everything that was extra was overpriced but if you are looking to save money bring drinks and a lunch or snacks and it's fabulous! We enjoyed all the animals, from underwater creatures, half land creatures to the majestic tigers. The rides were safe and fun and clean, they encompass all age groups and scary cat levels. Seriously, not too scary for someone who wants to be brave but so much fun for anyone who will try! Staff was friendly and interactive. There was one fellow who helped us in the gift shop and later we saw him on the eel electric train that goes to the sharks and saw fish. Definitely check that out! We feel in love with stingrays while petting them. Bravery experiences may vary because of small splashes but their gentle friendliness will win over most hearts.
Such friendly, helpful staff! I was greeted by Marcel when I walked in, and he made pleasant conversation at the register!! Helped me put on the bracelet I bought and everything.
I ended up losing my bag, and the staff were nice enough to find it and hold it at the front entrance for me!!
Thank you staff and especially Marcel for a great aquatic experience!!!
I had an amazing time at the Downtown Aquarium. Never have I been to an aquarium that has a restaurant, stingray exhibit, rides, shark tunnels, and a tiger!! It was absolutely beautiful and I had the best experience. I totally would go back just to redo everything. The only downside is that the aquarium is on the smaller side, however I think everything else makes it worth the price!! Can’t wait to come back.
Good place to spend when you have kid and curious to explore the marine world..
