All I did was order a hot caramel oatmeal in liquid sugar. Every single Dunkin' donuts in Houston Texas can never get an order right I'm from Chicago I literally said it very clearly I would like a hot caramel oatmeal liquid sugar and I received a drink with cream and oat milk I'm lactose intolerant that is why I asked for non-dairy stop whoever is running the Dunkin donuts franchises in Houston please get with the program go get training in Chicago

I'm always on the go, so I mainly use the app to re-order my usual and pick up via drive thru. I have consistently received fast and friendly service from everyone here. If they have wi-fi, I may go inside the store one day and work on my laptop while keeping a constant supply of caffeine nearby 😉

Not like it used to be, product is not the same they don't do what they used to do and it is expensive as far as the ice cream goes. No chocolate almond, disappointed.
Took them 30 minutes to heat up some breakfast items, i don’t think it’s that hard to put something in a microwave. The staff here always seems like they don’t want to work. We didn’t even complain it’s a waste of time to do so.

I LOVE LOVE their strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I buy the quart size. They usually dont have the pre package containers for this flavor but no worries they will manually scoop and add your flavor to a container. Also, try this flavor with hot fudge. Maannn it hits so hard. 😋 Download the app for points and pre orders. The location on 249 is always clean with friendly staff. 😊

Oh man, the snacks here are good but the service is terrible. I’ve gave them a few tries (3) before leaving a review…one time was during the hurricane so I let that slide but the service is AWFUL. They are literally on their earbuds talking on the phone or to one another the entire time. And rude! Like, they act like they don’t understand why you’re there and then when you think they are saying something to you then you realize they’re just talking to someone on their earbuds or to each other. Not friendly at all. It’s sad because this place is close to my house and I wanted them to do well, with new businesses in the area, but no one’s ever there and I can see why now.

On the morning of 9/9/24 I went to pick up two orders and even for asking for a bag because it is an Uber east delivery, the man who served me insulted me, disrespected me and yelled at me with such rudeness and lack of ethics and of customer abuse that I would never want anyone to go through such a bad experience again, also claiming that if I didn't want to take the order that I should leave it, he also shouted and told me to leave the place in such a derogatory way, super rude and I think that People like this man should be in a jungle, not dealing with people, neither me nor my friends nor my workers. I love that place more than a shame.
