My wife used to work at dunkin and coming here reminded me of these poor employees how they get treated by entitled people everyday. So when I came here I looked at the reviews and safe to say nothing has changed. So let me address something to y'all that leave poor reviews or have complaints about some damn donuts. 1 they don't specialize on donuts so if you want your damn fresh donuts go to shipleys no one is stopping you! 2 is not just coffee in a cup Steve- more if you write close to an essay of what you want in your coffee. I even saw a review about a "man" named humberto that called them rats?? Is it that serious for a coffee & donuts to compare humans to rats? It takes a rat to know a rat although they aren't because if they were you won't be getting food from there you goofball. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

There is a reason Shipley always has a line and these other donut shops don’t. I Ordered a mixed Dozen. The manager got right on it and had me served up in no time. We got in the car and gave them a try. Horrible!!!! Reasons for this review are. 1) The donuts were cold and not like room temp cold but freaking cold. 2) The jelly, and cream filled donuts were not only cold but days old stale. This sealed the deal for me. I won’t be back. If you don’t have higher standards than having cold, stale donuts. I’ll drive the extra 5 min to shipleys. I do want to stress the manager was on the ball getting orders out. But freshness and the way the product is presented are crucial for success.

This is a newer location. They definitely have some kinks to work out including their service. I'm actually taking a break from this location because the service is so poor. I order my coffee via the app. The concept behind this is that when you go inside to pick it up, it is ready at the said time. Well this never happens. Everytime I go to pick it up it's not ready and they look clueless. What did you order? What's the name? And they can never find the order. Then I usually have to wait up to 10 more minutes. It's coffee people. You are literally pouring a liquid into a cup and handing it to someone. You aren't doing a complex surgery. It actually doesn't even require thought. Hopefully they will get some competent employees who can read a screen and pour a cup of coffee. Until then I'll be at the Starbucks next door ?

I ordered jelly donuts via UberEats; I received normal, stale doughnuts. Uber Eats only refunded a partial cost, less than the original amount as shown on the receipt. Stop supporting this place that clearly have very poor customer service.

Love this location. Morning crew is always friendly and give great customer service. I order ahead online and when I arrive my order is always ready. I always give them a tip. Evening crew is rude.

WORST customer service. Rats act like they don't see you. After 10 minutes a tubby muhfuh with glasses finally sees me and has attitude. Save your money and go to the one off 249 where customer service is GREAT and the selection is so much more. Let's boycott this location and put them out of business.

I love Dunkin since I was a kid. So glad to see them growing in Houston however as in most businesses all customer service isn’t the same. At this location I purchased many times and if you don’t remember to flash your reward code they won’t ask. Some of them, not all seem to have attitude.

Really bad service ordered my meal and coffee. Was given the wrong coffee then when I received my food they said thank you . And when I looked in my bag. I was missing an ordered then I called them back and they said oh sorry we just ran out. Then I was liked I payed for it. Were you even going to refund me back and she was like I was just about to tell you that. But every time I go there they don’t make the coffee right and they are so unprofessional and really bad service!

Visited Dunkin' Donuts at 9:20. Despite speaking on the intercom, there was no response from the employees. When we approached the window, our order was not taken. This marks the third occurrence of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

I like the drinks here but I've gone twice in the last month and the oldest lady who seems to be in charge is always rude and has an attitude. If i ask a question she answers so rudely and when she gets the order wrong she still blames me.
