This place usually have good service, but today I encountered a rude young lady at the walk-up window. I originally ordered in the drive-through, but my drink was incorrect, so I walked up to get it fixed. Totally rude! Those teenage girls acted like they hate their job today, they Really need a mature adult in there to supervise them. The whole crew were rude when I walked up and I overheard her being rude to someone else as well Just because the lady asked about her online order that she had been waiting 30 minutes for. Hopefully they will fix the problem. I will find another Dutch bros for now.

Dutch Bros on Lake Houston is pure happiness in a cup! From the moment we rolled up, the vibe was electric! Smiles, good music, and even better drinks. I treated myself to the Picture Perfect, and wow… silky, chocolatey caramel heaven with every sip. My husband went for the strawberry horchata and it tasted like summer and comfort all at once. Drinks were flawless, service was top tier, and honestly, it felt less like a coffee run and more like a mini joy break. Can’t wait to go back!

I enjoy coming here. I do wish they could figure out the two lane line though. If I’m trying to be courteous I do not go to the second lane just because there’s no one there for fear of skipping someone. However, not everyone feels the same and almost every time I go there’s always that one person who goes in the second lane and skips two cars ahead of everyone else. There should be two people taking orders: one in each lane or leave the second lane closed.

I'm a huge fan of Dutch Brothers! My go-to drink is usually the Carmelizer, but today I decided to switch things up and go for the Picture Perfect Blended Freeze. It was incredibly refreshing! The only drawback is that the drive-thru can be a bit slow. I recommend using the app to place your order and then just grabbing it at the window.

This location definitely needs to work on speed of service. Sitting in line for about 45 minutes before we even made it to the window. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you get to the location and lines are wrapped around. 2 lanes for what, absolutely no need for that if that doesn’t change your speed of service.

This young lady did the sweetest gesture for me. I can't post what she did, I don't want to put her on the spot. But just know she did not have to do what she did.
