Absolutely loved my cake, it honestly exceeded my expectations! Kianna was helping me out and she did exactly what I asked for. She was so friendly! I had a great experience at this location. Location was also very clean
Kianna had very good service I do believe she just started there because I haven’t seen her before but, I went in yesterday to get a cookie cake and it was a last minute thing I watched her prepare and decorate my cake and box it up in the matter of 6 or 7 minutes and the customer service she gave was awesome with a smile. I’ll be returning very soon!

Great place to come! Today was my first time being at a Great American Cookies and the lady Kianna who was on shift was so Nice and welcoming! The Cookies there are amazing and so was the ice cream that i had! 10/10 would recommend!
