The girls taking the order and handing the stuff were nice. The barista needs training on how to handle customers in a polite way. Customer service is the key to business and he definitely made sure I will never returned there. Completely awkward moment between the girl hanging the stuff and I, just because I asked for light ice & was told no because the drink was made already. Only to find out the drink taste nothing like it’s supposed to ! Waste of time and money!!

The staff has good customer service, I am never disappointed when I go. I always order the iced anihilator with soft top and light ice. It has a subtle sweetness. Dutch Bros. Should consider building a location near 77049.

First of all I’ve been going to Dutch Bros since the early days of the bros Dane & Travis- with quality service and friendly caring attitudes- as they grew and transitioned to stores in Oregon and Washington. I will say this is by far the worst experiences I’ve had here for a week. Bad customer service and unfriendly workers. I know the motto of this company and expect the quality from it. This is a location that needs the higher ups to visit and retrain. One day could be excused, but a week of the same terrible customer service is ridiculous.Do Better! Be Friendlier! Don’t shake your head at a customer because you made the order wrong- you are in customer service after all!

This place is fantastic!!! Have not been disappointed with a single beverage. Y'all even have my husband drinking green tea!!!! He hates tea but is completely addicted to the double rainbro with green tea. (Highly recommend btw) I would have a picture, but the drinks never last long enough.
