Very disappointed. I got the avocado bagel. The avocados were hard and I couldn’t even eat the second half because of all the pepper that was caked up on it.

We liked this Einstein’s! The breakfast sandwiches including the egg and cheese was absolutely delicious. Friendly and patient staff, conveniently located in the Hyatt Houston, and great atmosphere! Worth a stop!Parking: There was only a loading zone so no parking unfortunately

Inside the Hotel, this place is wonderful for a great relaxing time in a beautiful atmosphere and decor.
These guys never disappoint when it comes to a quick coffee and bagel breakfast run. They have my business for years to come, to say the least!

I ordered from here several times during my week-long stay at the Hyatt Regency Houstan (Louisiana Street). Everything that I had was delicious, from wraps to sandwiches. I especially enjoyed the Spicy Chicken and Pepperoni Chicken Sandwiches.
Whoever made my coffee shake at night about two weeks ago is the best, this location had me expecting more from the one I have a block away, never going to any other location than this one (I tried and it was not the same).

A quick and easy breakfast spot, einstein is a great chain available in many states which is why I really enjoy going here when I am on the road for work. This location was great, I got the whole wheat bagel with egg white scramble tomato and avocado. It was great, my only feedback would be to toast the bagel more but I will have to ask for this next time and specify I want the bagel toasted up a bit more! Fresh they're great but I think it needed a bit of a crunch. I was appreciative of the massive egg white portion, no skimping here! I also got a coffee on the side which was just okay at best, I think it was a bit old so will probably skip on the coffee next time.

I wrote a review on google (below) and was asked to send details to a link. I did 3 times and no one has responded. I love this chain but this location was of great disappointment. My daughter lives out of town and she came to visit. She wanted Einstein bagels while here. We went (4 of us). The service is slow. We were given cold bagels. They didn't even bother to toast them or warm them up. Had to ask for silverware and was looked at crazy as if my request was something out of the ordinary. We ate our cold bagels outside due to the dirty tables inside. Left extremely disappointed
