So glad Treebeards survived Covid. My favorite is RED BEANS AND RICE with Tabasco! Etouffe and Gumbo is a close 2nd followed by blackened catfish smothered in Etouffe! So many HARD decisions...
Delicious food, great spot in the Downtown Tunnels. The fried chicken was seasoned and juicy!! Loved the gravy. The red beans and rice were flavorful and the added piece of sausage is a must. My coworker tried the chocolate cake and it looked amazing!! I’m definitely returning soon on my lunch break!

I've been out of the energy business for a very long time so have had no reason to travel downtown. I can safely say that after 15+ years, the food is STILL superb at Treebeard's in the tunnel.
