My first time coming in and I was overwhelmed by all of the options there were. Aedrean was so helpful in me deciding what I wanted to have, offering recommendations. I decided on the Maplehouse, but substituted for a cheddar jalapeño bagel, for more savory and spice to accompany the maple. It was good, sadly it wasn’t very hot— as you can see in the picture, the cheese wasn’t melted. the bacon and sausage were cold. Although this was unfortunate, it was still good so I’ll...

Sue and Terri were extremely nice and helpful. I visit this location frequently, and they tend to run out of the apple cinnamon bagels, one day I went to order my food, and the sandwich wasn't made correctly. So I returned to the store, and Sue and Terry went above and beyond to address my complaint. I would like to thank both ladies for their excellent customer service.
