How do big companies mess up eggs? Ordered an Egg and cheese bagel and was given something that resembled egg whites. The texture was so strange - i have no idea what they r feeding the masses. Why cant you just crack a freakin egg? U charge $12 for an egg cheese bagel, sure it wont hurt the margins. Ill never eat here again. What a disaster.

Ordered a coffee was told they weren’t making iced coffee??as in not putting ice in a cup?? Ordered a burrito AND paid for it to then be told they aren’t making those either and was handed a bagel instead not offered a refund either and this was after walking in a puddle of coffee that not ONE out of the three employees picked up never met employees with a worse attitude either worst $25 I’ve ever spent and regret tipping.

Trash. Service was nice enough I guess, but other than that it was a horrible experience. Two breakfast sandwiches set you back $25, and it took 30 (yes I timed it) minutes from the time I ordered till it arrived. Food was lukewarm, at best. To top it off, my order was wrong in the end and I honestly didn’t have time to care since a good layover cushion had been wasted eagerly waiting in a high top chair 😭

Refused to serve in person, insisted on kiosk use. Kiosk included lunch items that I was then told they couldn’t make in the morning so I wildly overpaid for an expensive item and had to swap for a cheaper breakfast item with no refund. Rude staff.
Visited early this morning. Extremely bad tasting cold bagel with rubbery cold egg. The menu said toasted bagel with egg. Just no flavor either. I wish I had read these google reviews before spending $20 plus dollars for a cup of coffee and horrible food. The employees know you’re about to catch a flight so they don’t care what slop they serve you. I will never go to any Einstein bagel again at any location. 0 stars if possible
