Website says open at 5, was told by staff they opened at 6 instead. A queue built, and we were told rudely that they opened at 6:30 instead. We all walked away, and not even 5 minutes later saw them starting to serve different customers. C gate had terrible reviews to begin with, so we passed on wasting our money and more of our time.

This place is terrible with service, quality and cost. They messed up my order after taking 15min for just 2 simple bagels. And then gave bagels that were microwaved not toasted! What kind of a bagel place serves microwave bagel flr $11 for 2 simple bagel! I have an advice for eisentien bagels, just close this location as fast you can since you clearly can't operate...look at all the crappy reviews! Horrible management!

I am not sure of the Bagels would be this hard as they served ... I was expecting a bit softer one. Other than that the brisket sandwich was really good .

Food was cold and mushy. Bagel was soggy and soft like it was toasted lightly ages ago and then left sitting for a few hours. I’m pretty sure the avocado was JUST unfrozen because it was super cold and had no flavor. It’s pretty hard to make a bagel unappetizing, but this location managed it. Gross and disappointing, even by airport food standards.

The new location at terminal C served me the worst bagel ever. Stale, hard. Terrible. They had gone downhill, I used to love Einstein. It was a part of my trips. No more.

They messed up 4 orders while I was waiting. 30 minutes later and I still didn’t get my food yet. I ended up getting a refund because I had a flight to catch.
I probably saved myself from violating the airplane bathroom anyways. I saw how they were making the food and it looked like slop.

Two days ago I visited this store and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes for them to make 1 sandwich. I never ended up getting it because my flight started boarding!
Update: I reached out to management on their website requesting a refund. I still haven’t received a response.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please avoid this place—it’s a complete waste of money. There was no avocado in the avocado sandwich and no cream cheese either. We also ordered an egg sandwich, and it didn’t even have any egg.

Avoid this place in C terminal. They took 20 minutes for a simple order. The manager did not even say sorry or explain. The poor employees were direction less. When I finally got my order it wasn’t made right. I highly recommend walk past it.
