This food truck is my go-to late-night spot. They're open 24 hours, so when everything else is closed and I'm hungry, I know I can count on them. The food is solid for the price. The quesadillas are good, and even the chicken tacos, which look simple with just a few ingredients, taste really good for what they are. The grilled onions they serve on the side they'd be better with a bit less oil.
Ah, yes. That delectable, smoldering, almost criminally satisfying fajita taste. It arrives with the sizzle of a thousand promises and delivers each one without fail. The marinade dances—no, pirouettes—across the tongue, smoky and tender, bold yet composed. It is a flavor so divine, so immensely exquisite, it inspires mad theories and petty larceny. Amongst us regulars, the jest is always the same: someone must steal the recipe, as if it were the Krabby Patty secret formula...
