I received the wrong order. They refuse exchange or refund my money.

I will never come here again, horrible customer service. The masa was raw. I treated them with respect, kindly expressed what me and my co workers saw as raw masa, it tasted not well done. It was obvious. They couldn’t admit they were bad tamales. I wasn’t mad at first, but the fact that they couldn’t treat me well was sad. Why would I waste more of my time to have to drive all the way there? My co workers threw 3 away and they only wanted to give me what I brought back instead of giving me my whole order.

Great pork tamales and they have enough to pick up several dozen. The service was good, they speak English and are very nice. I will be coming here instead of the #2 location even though it is a bit out of my way - because the restaurant is clean and the staff is welcoming. I think it's mainly an order pickup place.
