El Lucero Panadería y Pastelería exceeded all of my expectations! The pastries are absolutely delicious; fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every item I tried was amazing.
The staff is truly outstanding, especially Eloiza and Berlin. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Berlin, who did an exceptional job with a last-minute cake order. The cake was beautiful, delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and much larger than I expected for the price.
The quality, customer service, cleanliness and attention to detail are 💯. I highly recommend El Lucero Panadería y Pastelería to anyone looking for amazing pastries, custom cakes, and a wonderful customer experience. I will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very delicious, popped in real quick for tres leches cake and they had slices ready to go. Super soft and well flavored. 10/10 would come back again for another!

12/25 Such a nice place. I wanted something sweet to go with dinner. I stopped in. The man at the register was so sweet & nice. I got a few pastries & a roll. The white bread was so fresh & delicious. Definitely happy I stopped by. Will definitely be back.

I am very excited about this bakery! It's difficult finding a small bakery that prides themselves in having actual freshly baked breads & staff that is knowledgeable in their products. My husband has an egg allergy and we often have to pass on bakeries because all the breads have eggs or egg washes on top. I was so surprised to find that they had a few options. When I asked if I could make a small special order in the future to accommodate the allergy, there was no hesitation! Thank you for being inclusive and also for having an amazing selection overall! This will definitely be our family's go to spot from now on. I love supporting fellow bakeries that do great work! From one baker to another, thank you!!

Holy moly. The conchas are SOOOOO fluffy and not to mention the stuffed conchas (you read that right) STUFFED concha’s with pineapple and cherry options!!!! This place is a GEM!

Although it is a small bakery compared to the bigger chains in Houston, I have to admit that this bread is like no other. It’s super fresh and hits the spot. I love their chocoflan as well, portions are generous. I would say it’s fairly priced as well! If you’re looking for a sweet & authentic Mexican bread, make sure to visit!
