I gave them 3 stars for their service. I ordered 3 pupusas and an order of fries. I paid for my food left a tip mind you I’m picking up my food not eating there and I asked the cashier for extra ketchup she said no only the little small plastic that came with the order of fries. I was like are you serious after I gave you business you couldn’t give me a small ketchup. I’ll never buy from this place again
My family has come here multiple times usually on Sundays after church. Today was the worst experience and I don’t see myself coming back.
First of all, the waitress serviced two tables that arrived after us before taking our order. Our appetizer didn’t even come out in a timely manner. We had to complain to three different waitresses and still waited for our breakfasts. In all, it was an HOUR wait for three breakfast plates. Ridiculous. But that wasn’t the worst...
