I've never really stopped at a food truck but one morning on the way to work I decided to give them a try. Well that's the BEST decision I could have made because everything is so good. It really reminds me of my abuelas cooking. During the week I can end up working on 3 different time shift's and I make it a point to pick up either breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner from here now.
