The engine room is OK. I've been there about 2 times and it was always the same. I've been both of a Friday and Saturday. The parking is self parking but they charge you $20. To get in for women it's $20 and for males $30 on a GOOD DAY because they have tried to charge me $40 before and I just refused to go. It's a good place if you have a section. Don't come here at ALL if you don't have a section, because there's no dance floor. Staff is friendly and the service is fast. Place gets packed after midnight. Mostly black people would be here don't be surprised but they're what make the place LIT!

Went for the Mali Music concert. First time here so didn't know what to expect. Left the house 2 hours early because I thought there would be traffic but got there closer to an hour so I waited in the car an hour until doors opened at 8. Since I was alone I paid for parking in the lot behind Engine Room which was $10. I missed the memo about RSVP'ing a table in addition to purchasing a ticket so I had to stand all night.
