I was in the area and visited this location today around 530pm and was very disappointed. The service was horrible as well as the food. I felt unwelcome. I agreed the cashier even though he didn't greet me when I approached the register. I order a medium engineer. The sandwich was poorly prepared. It had to much dressing which made it soggy. The sandwich was nasty. I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve started placing orders to go online because the guy with the beard that’s usually behind the counter on the weekends messes up my order every single time. They don’t mess up when I put it in online myself tho.

The man who was working the register was not friendly and did not say one single word to me. I entered the restaurant and said Hello he said absolutely nothing. I said I am here to pick up my online order and gave him my name. He basically put my order on counter and walked off. I had to ask him was that my order and with a head nod he said yes. Not sure why he was chosen to work the counter. He is not friendly at all.

Went the evening of the storm and welcomed with power, food and fellowship with many other families. We are thankful the storm didn’t stop their process and enjoyed every bit of the sandwiches we ordered for the entire family. Thanks to the owner , Grace working the frontline and all the others That made a huge impact that day. There was a wait due to the high demand of food and after a convo with the owner he was concerned the wait would give a bad review but I’m here to say job well done with you and your staff for making your way there during all the chaos and served the community.

I really tried to give firehouse a 4th time to redeem themselves and always poor quality and did not follow cdc food safety requirements I ordered it through a 3rd party and when I got it it was soggy wet with so much oil but dry AF from mayo I have a number of food intolerances and food allergies and even if the food is not in the safe zone it can give me stomach issues I'm not going back to firehouse subs ever again!!!!!!!!
Dietary restrictions: I have intolerances to cheese tomatoes and mushrooms to name a few

J.J. crafted my sub with the precision of a master chef. Each ingredient was perfectly placed, and the flavors were out of this world. It was as if J.J. had taken a regular sandwich and turned it into a culinary masterpiece. The way he handled my order, you'd think he was making it for the President!
When I took my first bite, I was in sandwich heaven. J.J.'s attention to detail and passion for his work truly shone through. If there was a Hall of Fame for sandwich artists, J.J. would be its shining star. Thank you, J.J., for turning an ordinary lunch into an extraordinary experience.
