This location is amazing! Especially grace.. thank you soooooo very much, you made my entire day! So when ordering on apps, you can’t customize so i called the restaurant to ask and grace was so incredibly kind and made a change for me because this food is the only thing i can keep down at the moment along with my cherry lime-aid drink! Thank you very much grace!

Love this neighborhood location! They are always so nice and Jeff the owner is so great about making sure my large orders for the wrestling and track teams are done perfectly. He is super responsive, and easy to contact. Super happy to work with him and his team!

This firehouse subs is racist . My mother and my brother had gone to this location recently to buy a few subs and decided to eat in the store . my mom is a native spanish speaker so she was talking to my brother in spanish when a worker started criticizing my mom and saying that if you live here u have to only speak English, he also started throwing them their food all rudely (which wasn’t even made correctly) , was being snarky and disrespectful . I have been to this location and always had a pleasant experience . Never again will my family nor I come to place that doesn’t welcome POC especially hispanics .
