The Slowpokes on Stella Link is really great. Good variety of coffee that changes with the seasons, lots of tasty snacks, and a good space for both studying and socializing. I’ve been going for about 2 years now; the severs/ baristas are always friendly (especially Jake and Glory) and make sure I’m comfortable.
Nice neighborhood place for premium coffee and excellent breakfast tacos.
Some of the menu prices are stupid though. $4.75 for a single cup of tea that was served boiling lava hot. Yeesh. Give me a small pot for that price! And mind the temperature if you’re charging that much! Or at least free refills.

Slowpokes is a coffee shop known for its welcoming and fun atmosphere that is not over the top. Since 2016, the establishment has been serving customers a great selection of food and drinks, including the popular Purple Rain, Slowpokes wrap, and delicious craft sandwiches like the BST. The shop has plenty of seating, although most chairs are fixed without backs, which can make long stays a bit uncomfortable. For those looking to work remotely, there are booths in the back that are perfect for settling in.
