Employees are nice. Prompt. Foods overpriced but all Starbucks is overpriced.
The baristas at this location are very friendly and once they get to know you then they know your drink order

Starbucks Coffee Company is a lovely cafe only store with a very nice vibe in the evening. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely friendly. One barista made a lovely undertone doppio. Another barista made a grande shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam perfectly and drew a cute message on the cup. The store is clean and everything moves really fast. A guest came in from a cold night and was blessed with a hot cup of coffee and a warm personality of generosity from the folks who work here.
However, some experiences have issues. One guest orders online and faces a ridiculous wait time, with a 30-minute wait for an order. Another guest had problems on multiple visits. Drinks were missing cookie crumble pieces. An oatmeal was charged for blueberries, and the blueberries were 7 days past the expiration date. On another visit, a barista made a drink in the serving cup, shook it, and gave a wet sticky cup. A guest decided to stop in Post Oak instead. Another guest noted it is convenient but not a favorite location.
