Gloves dont work if you touch everything while wearing them.

if I would give this restaurant zero stars on Google, I would. The employees are constantly Cussing, screaming, and talking to each other Instead of serving the guests. This one employee is always constantly coughing all over the food while she is making it. And the restaurant itself was completely disgusting. The floor was not sweat. The tables had crumbs and lettuce all over it and the hot sauce bar was dirty. You can tell it had not been cleaned for a long time. These workers need more training. my food took a long time to come out because they were probably too busy talking the whole time instead of making my order. Honestly restaurants should know better than to hire all these people that won’t do their job correctly when I ask for the manager the manager, Lily was completely disrespectful towards me and didn’t wanna give me a refund. I’m completely dissatisfied and will never return to this restaurant. The owner needs to know that their workers are trash. For the experience, this was the food is way overpriced. i’m pretty sure my sandwich myself was about $15 just A terrible experience overall

They need more people, this took forever. I placed my order online. I came at the designated time. I tried cancelling after waiting 25 min. It took them another 10 min to get someone to cancel it.

I ordered an Italian, easy on the mayo with no onions. Told the young lady twice. I got home 30 minutes later sat down to eat my sandwich and it had a ton of mayo and onions on it. I'm allergic to onions so this was a complete waste of money for me. I'm so tired of these fast food places, not listening to people.
Absolute horrible experience. We ordered online, but it took so long to get the order in that we arrived there just a couple minutes after placing the order. They asked us to pull around and park, they would bring it out when ready. Five minutes go by, two cars go through drive through and get their order while we wait. They aren’t busy. I walk in and the kid points at a bag on the counter and says that’s my order. I asked how long it was sitting there and he says 5 minutes. The manager Ashi is standing there, hears this dialogue and comes over. I asked him why they didn’t bring it out, it’s hot food. He tells me they just put it there. I said, your guy just said it has been there for five
Minutes. He turns, walks away and goes back to making food. I asked him, are you done talking to me? He ignores me. I told him this is horrible customer service. You don’t tell someone to pull out front, make hot sandwich’s, don’t bring them out, and then refuse to discuss the situation. He should have remade my order so that by was hot. He didn’t say he was sorry, he didn’t say his team made a mistake he just shoo’d me away and kept working. I won’t ever be back.
This place is horrible. Would not take my money because all I had were $100 bills. I waited in line for 10 minutes for them to tell me they don't want my money. The girl working to register first told me me that they would do it and then the manager came back said no and gave him my money back with an attitude! This manager was very unprofessional and I will never spend money here again. The manager was bald and need some training. I don't know who his name was but whoever owns this place I would train your manager's better. It's fine if you don't want my money but you can take your attitude and shove it.
