Did a pick up order for lunch for the shop and we had 8 different sandwich/combos. Everything was made the way we ordered and food was ready when we picked up. Quick service and on point!
Came here for the first time and those subs are delicious. While the food is great, the service needs just a bit of work. Not so friendly service and even when we got our order we said thank you have a nice day and still we got no reply back so yeah service needs to be a bit more friendly cause even if food is good we still don't like to go back to a place that you don't necessarily feel that welcomed. Adding a picture of the menu that looks clearer.
I was heading home and hungry. I had never been to a Firehouse Subs. I ordered a tuna subway. It was pretty big and I only ate half. They have a drive-thru and I didn't know it at the time I went in. The sandwich is served in a compostable box and paper bag. It comes with a pickle slice. It was pretty good but I prefer the subway from a competitor.
