I asked politely for a latte with no foam. When I received the cup, there was no weight to it so I asked the server to remove the foam once again. She refused and wouldn’t give me a spoon to do it myself. She had clearly given me a cup of foam with no coffee. Unreal. Service-zero stars.

Walked in at 8:50pm lady sitting in a chair on her phone and said she can't serve me because they are closing. 9pm is closing time not 8:50pm. She was rude earlier and I was the only person there both times.

Kudos to Alex! My wife just witnessed this young man calmly handle an irate unreasonable jerk. The jerk even threatened to jump the counter and beat him up but Alex kept calm and tried to take him down. I gotta tell you folks, this kid deserves mad respect! The chicken salad and Pinot Grigio are fantastic as well. Management needs to give Alex an award and a raise!

Dietary restrictions: The menu is reasonably well marked for allergens and has plenty of options.

Kid-friendliness: The seating is kid friendly and so is the menu.

First time customer everything was well until I found a piece of hair in my salad. I knew it wasn’t mine because I currently have my hair in long twists pulled into a ponytail(found small black curly hair) . I then received a new salad no problem with one ranch and it comes with two, so I asked for another one and they girl act like it was a problem bad customer service .!!! And she saw me standing at the register as if she wasn’t going to acknowledge me . I don’t even write reviews but this just blew me when I have done nothing nasty or said anything out the way when any other person would have .!! It was the tone of her voice what set me off don’t work in the industry if you don’t know how to act with people!

The waitress was quick to take my order and very polite. The air conditioning felt quite nice after being outside and traveling on the shuttle. It’s clean, serene and has music videos quietly playing which is a nice distraction while waiting to fly.

don’t spend your money at this business. They are serving frozen chicken wings, not even warmed up. I think they let it thaw and serve it as it is. Airport authority must cancel their contract food is not human consumption grade.

My husband ordered wings, they were ice cold. I ordered a salad, was served a croissant. The whole reason I went there was because I wanted a salad, not a sandwich. Food was terrible, now I wish I just went to subway and got a better sandwich at least

This is the only restaurant before security of all the terminals. So, don't expect much of it.The waffle was actually good and strawberries were fresh.The staff were friendly and food came out quick. I was the only table there though.I hope the remodel brings out more restaurants before security. Beats sitting in the car or walking around looking suspicious.

Bad customer service. The lady didn’t want to service me because I asked her to wash her hands. She’s coughing everywhere and clearing mucus out her throat. Sniffling and wiping her nose with her hands.

Horrible grilled cheese, slapped on bread. Employee Jennifer should get a new job. Her service skills and attitude sucks to be in the public eye. Best part of this establishment, the cleanliness, other then that, stay far away!
