Five Guys in Houston

“Love Five Guys and Fries! Probably the best fries in town. Great burger, with lots of free options on the fully loaded burger. Unfortunately, my order failed to include one of the free options. A misunderstanding, I think. Otherwise, a great visit.“

“On November 1, 2025, I was at this Five Guys Shepherd around 7:00 pm and I was delighted with my meal. I ordered my food without bread, and they recommended a lettuce wrap. I appreciate the recommendation because it was very good; the meat was juicy and hot, and the vegetables were fresh. I will definitely order again. The service was efficient and fast, even though there were a lot of orders. The three guys and one girl were focused on providing good service. The restaurant was clean and busy.“

“For a long time I thought that they had gone out of business because of the pandemic.
As I was driving down the street I saw one and it was open ....I immediately pulled in and got myself something to eat ...I'm so happy to realize that not all of the locations closed.
Yes, their prices are very high however I treat myself every once in awhile and now that I know they're around I'll probably treat myself sooner rather than later. Lol“

I stopped by Five Guys and ordered a milkshake, but I was short a little on the total. The guy at the counter was super understanding and just said it was fine — no attitude, just genuine kindness. You don’t see that a lot these days. It made my day and honestly reminded me why I love coming here. Thanks again for being such a good person and treating people with respect.“

“Quick passage with the girls, served quickly, the portions are enormous, everything must be taken in "little" max "regular".
The fries were good, a little too salty but that's to our taste, the meat was good but the bread cold, the rest was good too.

“Generous portion of great French fries, the burger patties are not seasoned (can be good/bad based on preference), you can actually taste beef, not some tvp, pink slime concoction, and the best part is that you get to dress it up with as many free toppings as you like. May be somewhat pricey; but if you have a hankering for a decent burger, I would say it's worth the price. The only drawback is that seating is somewhat limited in the dining area if you go at a peak time.“

“I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, my food was ready and the only thing I had to wait on was fresh fries, which I appreciate and don't mind waiting for. The staff and atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, making my short visit a very pleasant one. I will definitely go back again and I recommend anyone who has never tried Five Guys to do so, especially this location!“
