Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came out fresh and hot. Took just over 10 minutes from the time I ordered to receiving our food. Food was prepared exactly as requested and tasted good. Definitely would eat at Five Guys again.

Honest reviewThis is my the first time at five guys burgers. My honest review is as follows, I order the cheeseburger and fries , no drink. The burger was good, but no seasoning:/ felt disappointed bc the patty was juicy just no seasoning, the fries were ok! If I had to recommend five guys burger I would say yes if you can afforded! The associate was polite, but my order didn't come out correctly. When I tried to explain the problem, he looked confused and said "no English". I'm happy to see employers give anybody an opportunity, but you don't have non English speaking people in a position of taking food orders without someone they can ask for assistance if they don't understand.
