Please don't eat from here. I had ordered a burger and fries from here a week ago. As the short female staff put the burger in the brown paper bag, it fell right through and dropped on the floor. Although it was wrapped in foil paper, she didn't throw it out instead she sneaked it on the table and put it in a new paper bag with fries. She even laughed about the situation with her coworkers and whispered to them about it. I watched as it fell through the bag and made eye contact with her. When it was time to serve me the food, I asked her “Are you going to give me the burger that fell on the floor?” and she knew she was guilty because she threw it out right afterward. They made me a new burger and I told her to give me new fries because the burger that fell on the floor touched the fries as well. She had an attitude. I can't believe she was really going to serve me a burger that fell on the floor. That's disgusting. I never went back after that incident. I should've asked for a refund honestly. Please if you're going to order from here (which I highly don't recommend) WATCH them make your food.

Didn't get a chance to eat because the two people in the front was busy talking to each other. When I ask where do you order they ignored me then when I finally got an answer it was rude and he never came over to take my order. Until some white people came in.

this is the only 5 guys that I give a 1 star. for starters, there were only 2 females on staff. they were slow and seemed a bit lazy. the service was poor and nothing like the other 5 guys.

The manager named "Maria" was very rude and disrespectful. I don't know how she's a manager and she doesn't have any people skills even to her own associates she was talking a little rude to them. Hope five guys management sees this review and do something about it. Another issue I ordered 2 large fries and they barely put fries in the bag I asked them about it and they ignored my question. The manager acted like she didn't care about my question to them

Very dry meat, I didn't really like the burger, the milkshake was very thick, the potatoes were good.
This is the worst 5 guys I have ever visited. I travel all over the country and I've never been more disappointed in a 5 guys restaurant. The juice in my burger was completely squeezed out and dry. My order of fries was not up to 5 guys standards.. I'm used to not being able to eat all the fries... I got a small cup and like 5 extra fries added. Huge FAIL!!! Edit... fries were cold also!!!

Came here with my son absolutely horrible experience nobody knows English took for ever to get the order right then the lady behind the counter gave another customer my son's milkshake realized she screwed up called the lady back to return the milkshake change the straw and tried to give it to my son if I had not been paying attention she would have,I'm going to report them to the health dept tomorrow avoid this location at all cost

The "manager" Mercedes is rude!! | called to tell them i didn't get my doordash order correct & she just said "oh well" & hung up the phone. The food itself was delicious but who the heck hired this lady?? Not to mention when i visit in person she's just screaming at the workers or sitting down not helping. She is by far the worst manager & I will be calling cooperate because this was genuinely absurd. Ella simplemente se siente miserable porque tiene que voltear hamburguesas toda su vida, vieja naca.
