These people 4 people including mgr in front working never answer the phn! Im sitting in my truck and watch everyone of them not answering the phn, only had two people inside! I called 4 times! I've done this before as others they say the same! This place with these young people doesn't care about the establishment! What a dam shame! I never gave reviews before, this time I thought I wld! Not goin back! Welcome to smash burg!

Food is always great. Today I wanted peanuts to come with our order. I understand policy I also understand they are free for dine in guests. I know everyone doesn't call and ask. I think their bottom line would not be affected by 1 bag of nuts.. that they never fill up anyway. Tons of boxes line up in the lobby. I'm a bit disappointed and again I understand policy.. it sucks.I even offered to buy them. ?
They need to update their closing time to 8:40 instead of 9:00pm. I pulled up and the door was locked, and they jusr stood there and laughed at me.

Came to this location only to wait almost an hour with hardly any communication and lots of unprofessionalism. Waited outside for 10 minutes only to hear through another customer that walked up that the store was closed earlier due to power going out. There were no signs on the door or any communication from the actual employees, even though they stood in the building and watched multiple people try to knock and get their attention to figure out what was going on. A doordash driver came to pick up food and only after another customer in the parking lot called the store and stated she was calling corporate was there an employee that came out and said it’d be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the driver knocked on the door again which the same employee came out and said it’d be another 10 minutes. After that 10 minutes they then took the driver inside where he waited for about another 10 minutes. After the driver got the food and was walking out, only then was a sign posted saying “kitchen issues”, not that the store was closed or delayed in opening, or any other communication. Multiple people then still were coming up and knocking while the employees inside just were ignoring everyone and laughing/joking around.
Five Guys is always my “go to” place for a high quality bacon cheeseburger. This trip didn’t disappoint. Happy to have a location so close to home. Will definitely be returning.
