I was here in a class with United Airlines.. I was sitting in the dining area for over 30 mins and was never acknowledged, right after, the lights was turned off over the overhead of my table.. When I spoke with the manager she was rude and unconcerned.. This restaurant has horrible customer service and definitely need diversity training.. Unacceptable In my book….
Our early flight to Houston welcomed the site of the Flights Lounge & Grill as we arrived just at the start of lunch.. This restaurant was casual, peaceful, and relaxing. The food and the service was excellent also. We were able to relax and enjoy a delicious lunch until our ride-share pickup arrived.
My husband and I had a great dinner tonight! I had Tuna Tartare and the Wedge Salad. Both were delicious! Hubby had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Our server was so nice and very attentive. We like to stay at this Marriott the night before an early flight. We will eat here again for sure!
Pretty good for an airport hotel. Bartender was friendly and the bar was fairly lively. Service was quick and cold was good. Ravioli was an interesting twist. A little expensive? Yes, but you’re at a hotel inside an airport. This is kind of how it goes with such a place. You’re paying for the ability to not have to go anywhere and wake up in the morning and walk to your flight. Overall, good, and actually a lively spot on Friday night.
Had a few cocktails while staying here before our flight, service and selection was very good. Will come again

Better than average for a hotel restaurant, but understand it's 1) a hotel restaurant and 2) priced for inflation in 2023. Have had the hamburger, turkey BLT, sauteed broccolini, and the brisket/hot link plate. No issues. The brisket wasn't bad especially for a hotel restaurant--but it wasn't great either.
Two nights at IAH Marriot ended up eating dinner at Flights both nights. Mushroom pizza was so good that my wife had it both nights. It's large enough that it can easily be enough for two. First night, we split a pizza and a salad. The second night, we shared a chicken sandwich and again the Mushroom pizza. Can recommend the Grand Manhattan and Lawnmower on tap. Very good service both, nights. We skipped the breakfast and opted for the grab and go, very good breakfast burrito and bacon egg sandwiches. This is the place to eat if your not on the cleared security side of the airport. That you to everyone at Flights!
The food and the service here is amazing ! I was hungry and it was late and Gerardo Puente the Supervisor helped me greatly. He made sure I found something in the menu I would love. Honestly I haven’t received such great service in a long time we need more people in the restaurant industry like Mr. Puente. I was very satisfied and my money well spent you never know where you are gonna find a great place to eat. I’ll keep coming back and 100% recommend!
Airport hotel restaurants are not known for great food or service as the patrons often never return and are in a hurry. FLIGHTS break the mold. The service is efficient, quick and very friendly (especially Pamela). Gerardo keeps a watchful eye on everything and is a credit to the hotel and the restaurant staff. Menu is reasonably priced, with a wide selection of terrific and unusual items ( DO NOT MISS THE DEVILED EGGS). Excellent and unique wine selections. I will come here even if I do not fly.

The girls working here were amazing. I’m not a fan of Houston typically but they made this trip amazing. I was here three nights and couldn’t of asked for better place to feel at home.
We had a nice dinner at this restaurant. It is located at the lobby of the Marriott Houston Airport. Staff were pleasant and efficient. We were warmly greeted and shown to a table. Dinner was Cobb salads with flank steak. Ingredients were fresh and servings were generous. We enjoyed our mezcal old fashioned cocktails. Service was excellent. Wait staff came over soon after we sat down. She brought water and took our order. She was friendly and attentive. Checked in on us several times and refilled water glasses on this busy Thursday evening. A convenient place to catch a bite.
Watch the beer taps. I got a bunch of white flaky crud in mine. I didn't notice until towards the end of my drink until they were more concentrated in the bottom... They need to clean the lines out. I told the bartender I’m going to switch beers because of the crud and she looked at all of it and said “huh”.
Great food and excellent service. We ate dinner here as well as breakfast the following morning. It is a bit pricey, however there are not many other options available in the area. It also appears that Uber eats is not allowed to operate in the area. Breakfast buffet is $26 a person, which seems a bit steep. Dinner was more reasonably priced.
Good overpriced stuff. U$D50 for the meal (individual sized Margarita pizza and veggie burger with fries), 2 iced teas, taxes and tip. Great service, tho.
