Tourão Brazilian Churrasqueria - Steakhouse

We've visited this restaurant before but besides the pricing being extremely high for a very small variety of meat cuts and they weren't all fresh. We never got any chicken and had to wait awhile for the meat to be served. We paid nearly $60 per person for maybe 5-6 visits and some were repeated cuts of meat... plus we had to keep asking for our water to be served. Now keeping in mind it was a 2:30pm reservation and there were only 4-5 tables and ours was the largest party of 5 and we were the second table to arrive so it wasn't busy therefore no reason for service to be so slow. Although our server was welcoming and kind he was slow being the only one apparently serving but mostly serving waters since it's self serving bar and meat is delivered therefore expected better service for the high price.

Amazing food! And the meats just kept coming! We were very happy with the cuts that we received, the authentic side dishes and drinks and the service.

This was the perfect restaurant for me and my partner’s anniversary. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was lovely. You can tell the owner cares a lot about this place, the decorations and the attention to detail — it all made the experience lovely. I would definitely go again even if it was not for a special occasion. First time at a Brazilian steakhouse and I’m glad I chose this one ❤ thank you again to the amazing staff!

Such a beautiful restaurant, an amazing team, and the food is to die for! Then for dessert I had the tres leches cake and this is literally the best I have ever had! Such a perfect experience!

Took my dad here for Father's Day and he had an amazing time. The staff were amazing and very polite and accommodating. The food was spectacular!

Food is delicious. We were left without a gaucho bringing meat by for at least 20 minutes in the middle of the meal, and we had to ask twice to have servers bring by more food. We eventually did get multiple people stop by back-to-back, and the manager did apologize, which we appreciated. It would also be great if they could add roasted garlic to the salad bar, like Texas de Brazil!

First Class Service, Wonderful Atmosphere, can't wait to go again

The food had too much seasoning couldn’t enjoy the taste. The service was great. When we left my wife tripped on part of the ground sticking up and the valet guy didn’t seem to care so for that they would have got a four star.

Came for dinner service with my boyfriend and his father yesterday. Service started well, minus a piece of steak flung into my Raspberry Martini which was replaced so no issue there. In my opinion a Brazilian steakhouse is where you are able to taste and explore different cuts of meats in small portion. When asked my preference I told the waiter “medium” the cuts of meat placed on my plate were not all a perfect medium which I am also fine with because there were cuts that I didn’t quite enjoy so I would take a bite and scoot it the side. Additionally there was a really “off” taste to the meat that I couldn’t get past. So after trying a few I wasn’t satisfied neither was my boyfriend. So we both ask for fresh plates so that we could try different meats. Shortly after we asked the staff to take the plates with the meats we didn’t like out of our way, the waiter returned asking us what we didn’t like about the meat but not in a customer satisfaction questioning manner this was more in a demeaning/condensing tone. To which I replied the meat was too rare and some pieces were too fatty and some just had a weird taste. He ask my boyfriend “and you what didn’t you like” in the same nasty tone. My boyfriend agreed the meat was not medium it was rare. The waiter then ask how would I like the meat so I told him now medium well hoping for a more balanced sear to the meat and he says “Ok but I just want to know if that’s going to be okay or how do you like it.” I then replied “I just said medium well” he finally says “Okay” and walks away. After this I set all my utensils on my plate and didn’t eat ANYTHING offered for the remainder of the evening. HOW RUDE I thought the entire evening I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I felt so uncomfortable, like I was a problem for not enjoying the small portions that were put in front of me. The OVER $200 bill was PAID IN FULL as well as gratuity and tip for valet. This place is sub-par I’d recommend dining at your favorite fast-food restaurant over this place. The atmosphere was lovely, live music was great. But the waiter and his demeanor was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. I’ve been to several fine dining and this was not it. If you love a good steak with a delicious sear Mastro’s Steakhouse is my definite go to. Save your money and run!
