Honestly, I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. I travel for work extensively and over the last ~3 years, this has been my go-to place for breakfast at IAH Terminal C. Not once have I had any issues. Obviously this isn't a 5-star hotel or one with a Michelin star! But the food is good for an airport restaurant, service is quick, ordering/receipts through the app/email works flawlessly, price is reasonable/acceptable, and the staff are very friendly, courteous, attentive and nice. In my experience, every time I have been here, the staff constantly check in every now and then to see if I am doing ok, if the food is good or if I need anything else. So I don't agree with the negative reviews/complaints here as my experience at this place has only been pleasant and nice. I highly recommend this place for those who want to get a decent bite, while relaxing for the flight.

Can’t really share feedback on the food, it never arrived. Worst service ever. Find another place for food or you will be hungry on your flight.

Way over priced. The food is okay, but there are definitely better options that cost less. Apparently there are no refills even though the drinks are outrageously priced for their size.

Wait staff was completely unresponsive and rude. Drinks were brought after we were finished eating. When asked for a refund we were ignored and met with attitude. Then referred to an app.

Horrible service and everything overpriced I don't mind that I have to scan a QR Code to order my food and pay tip UPFRONT, but the server gave me a bad attitude because I asked for a refill. I didn't think she deserved any tip at all.

Food was actually great! But...Service.This place needs servers, not people that just put the food on your table and disappear. Good luck asking for condiments or any extras, asked twice and had to go them on my own at the counter. Maybe it is an issue of paying the tip in advance via a website? That is the only way to order.Misleading online menu.You can only order online, the menu does not specify size or weight of the food. The beet salad is minuscule, at a 16dlls price you would expect a to-go size at least, must be listed as a side, not even an entrée.

Terrible staff, bad manager, lousy undercooked pizza. Wanted full refund and would not provide. I would NOT dine here.

They make you do half the service by ordering your food on an app. No actual service provided. We could not even walk up to the bar to get a glass of water while we waited for food.

The WORST!! A bartender asked me if it was my water bottle- no mam I replied- took it didn’t offer a menu not ask if I wanted a drink, I left to use restroom & came back, sat for 15 mins - the QR code said scan to place to go orders mind you- and all she did was gripe about her drink pouring out of the spouts to another worker. While she was just washing cups!! Hey at least they wash the cups right!! If you see someone taking up a bar space explain hey use the QR code or let’s just get rid of it and serve ourselves!! Horrible NO service!!!!! Never coming back, say goodbye to a decent tip!! THE WORST! I wish I would have read the reviews before!!

Never got my drink. I was told by an employee that I needed to tell someone else I needed a coke. I have no idea who I was supposed to talk to. He was standing right next to the soda machine and could had just made my drink. I work retail for a living. If I had done that I would had been fired.

So, painfully I must admit, the food, which was a bowl of soup, was good. I admit it. Here's the rest of the story. The app was slow, it's the only way to order. So I suspect they save money not having a personal touch. So why was a very small bowl of soup $15.00?

If you are expecting to get waited on, this is not for you. Nice people to assist you, though. The pepperoni pizza was good. A little garlic and salt to the pizza dough won’t hurt. Pizza is all about the dough. I like that it wasn’t too much dough and able to fold the pizza slice. Nicely baked. Nice ambiance. Specially if you’re working. The workers get you what you ordered and leave you alone. Again, not a bad thing when working while you’re flight gets here.

I had the best experience! Liz went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy. I definitely did not expect such warm hospitality in an airport restaurant, but Liz made my experience truly memorable. will be coming back because of Liz for sure ❤️
