1st of all, they need to take young dude off the drive thru line. Everytime I go I have to repeat myself several times and he takes forever. My boiling point was when I pulled up to the drive thru and my food and shake were sitting on the counter and he takes 10 minutes to take someone's order over his headset when he could have grabbed my card real quick and swipped it and handed me my food. 2nd of all, miss thang that took my order needs to understand when someone tells you thank you, the correct response is YOU'RE WELCOME. Don't just ignore them!!!! So now I got cold food and a runny milkshake! Thanks guys! Not coming here ever again!!!!

Freddy’s is one of my top spots for a great burger! Their burgers are amazing, with perfectly crispy edges which I love! I recommend getting 2-3 patties if you want a hearty meal. The pickles add the perfect crunch, and the cheese is always melted to perfection. Everything comes out hot and fresh, and the Freddy’s sauce ties it all together. Plus, the shoestring fries are unbeatable I haven’t found any other place that does fries like that! Overall, Freddy’s is a must visit for a satisfying and delicious burger experience. Also if you have the kiddos they have great kids meals that are hearty and filling as well as great ice creams that are the perfect size !

I stopped by Freddy's on Veterans Day and picked up a free combo meal card which is good until the end of the year.

Already know how good the food is here, and I also look forward to enjoying Freddy's delicious ice cream.

Good atmosphere and higher quality food versus other places.

Freddy's Frozen Custard exceeded our expectations! The hamburger was cooked perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor, while the crispy fries were the ideal complement.

Great atmosphere and friendly service made it an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I came here at the lunch hour on Wednesday to order a regular burger. I went back to work and realized they put bacon on my burger, which I cannot eat due to religious reasons. After realizing this, I called twice and no one answered. I had to drive back to the store and talk to them about it when I arrived. They acted like nothing was wrong. I did get a replacement burger rightfully so. However, nobody consoled me and gave me a an excuse of a “staffing issue” to them not answering the phone. If it was any other ingredient, I would’ve taken it off the burger, but this contaminates the entire sandwich. I don’t appreciate how my time was wasted, and nobody sympathized. They obviously don’t think it’s a big deal to have bacon on your sandwich but to me it’s just a slap in the face as a person who can’t even eat it at all or requested it in the first place.

This location sets a bad example for the rest. I use to a long wait but the wait for food here was ridiculous. Once I finally made it to the window the guy ask’s me what did you order so I tell him exactly including the toppings and still managed to give the wrong order. At that point I had been waiting over 40min in line so I just kept the food.

Everything was good. A bit on the salty side but the concrete for dessert balanced it out. The reason for the 4 star is because I asked for cheesecake to go in my concrete but it wasn't put in and I did pay for it. When I went to ask for it the cashier asked the person who made it if it was in there and then checked the register for my ticket number to see if I paid for it. It's as if they thought I was lying about a couple small pieces of cheesecake bites that they add in. Kind of a trivial thing to lie about. In the end they gave me the cheesecake bites because she saw my ticket but it felt uncomfortable. I'd still go back but will hold onto my tickets instead of throwing them away too soon.

The chicken sandwich was cold n old and salty. Pricing does not match the food. U might as well go to Firehouse subs or potbelly, hell even Chick-fil-A . The staff needs to wear hair nets, dreads swinging all over the food, yuck ?. They were tryin to give me some old tomatoes. The little gurl up front a cashier, looked spaced out , moving super slow to finish packing the order. Overall, I will not come back. Yuck.. ?

The young team that works here is quite possibly THE most efficient, admirable, professional, and competent I have ever seen in fast food service since the 1990's. They are really something to watch. The burgers are good, but the team is what makes this particular location so special. You can watch them working industriously to satisfy the heavy demand without flinching. I usually sit, eat and watch them amused at their synergy. They are winners, and I can tell that Freddie's is just the beginning. Whatever else they choose to do in life they are most likely going to win!
