30 minute wait for one burger. I guess is my fault for waiting, 2 people in front of me just left they were tired of waiting.

Love it. Expensive but good.

Had their bacon burger 🍔, so delicious. If you happen to be in the area and hungry for some good food, this place is a good spot to stop and eat.

It's very expensive...they overcharged me...I bought 1 mini chocolate shake for $4.69 more
tax 0.39: $5.17 ...very expensive ...and the menu says $3.69...I will not go shopping there again...I do not recommend it to anyone...I don't know if the cashier Leila overcharged me...I would like one day talk to the manager of this store.

I wish they had better staff and management at this location. We love Freddy’s but are always disappointed when we come to this location. We’ll just have to drive to the tomball location until they decide to invest in better management and staff. It’s just not worth it to come here just to leave dissatisfied.

Standoffish service. one guy cleaning tables seemed ok but one of the line cooks was visibly annoyed at having to put mustard on a burger after they forgot

Taste isn’t all that great — bread tastes a bit stale, jalapeño cheese tastes cheap. Bummer because it could otherwise be nice

How does this place even stay open? Maybe the custard? The lady at the window was very nice, no complaints about that. My issue is with the kitchen. Fries were old/stale. The cheese fries were better, but ridiculously drowning in cheese. Ordered a patty melt, came with no onions... that's 1/4 point of a patty melt, y'all. Boyfriend ordered the California double, which had probably one strip of bacon and a single onion. If there was an onion issue, say so, so we can order something else. 🤣 Do not recommend.

Food quality is very good, portion size is horrid. Custard is the best, but they fill the cups half full to be skimpy...
Just compare the pics of the food in the store to what they serve u in person, drastically different...

Smash burger, double, is sadly less than a quarter pound of meat for $7.4 a burger this is just sad as well. Cheese kurds are great, but pricy.

The shakes and burgers are good, but the drive thru worker when I went to get something had an attitude and wouldn't communicate properly when i didnt know the which dirt n worms there were.

When it comes to fast food Freddy’s is definitely up there. My food is always fresh and never have a problem with service
