The new manager tierra they have is amazing she makes sure everything was fresh and also made sure my family and I was doing good also she has a great personality I will be returning

Stopped by this burger joint while in Houston. The burger was very tasty. I enjoyed the skinny fries as well. The Key lime concrete was excellent.

The second visit in one year. The amount of salt on the burger is unpleasant. The hot dogs were ok. But not a usual customer of fast food restaurants. i felt uneasy after eating the dog. One bite of the burger is all I could muster. The manager is very pleasant and helpful with me using the app.

The staff is young but they're top notch. Place is clean food is great. Well ran restereaunt.

First time eating there and the food was really good. Nice size and delicious sides. Went again soon after since it was so good. I have t tried the desert but next time I will.

I used to love Freddys and would typically come here 1-2 times a week but I think I'm nearly done with this place. It needs a deep cleaning really bad. There was some dirty thing that came out with my ice. Absolutely gross. The last 3 times I've been here the floor is either slippery, sticky, or just plain extremely dirty like today. Also today, they were having one of their fridges worked on and you can tell that it hasn't been cleaned in forever. It was disgusting.

It took about 10 minutes to finally get someone to take my order and when she did, she got the only thing I asked for wrong. No onions. Very simple. Idk if they have new management but I'm going to give this place a break for a while.

The place appears clean, other than the floor was very slippery; so bad everyone was walking around like they were on ice.
The young woman who took my order seemed hurried. She was efficient but not particularly friendly. The food was excellent as usual.

I was cared for after being very tired the staff and the new manager was amazing looking after his customers

I visit this location today for lunch this was the very best service I’ve ever had in a restaurant the manger there was very helpful nice cashier was friendly store very clean And I will be back

Love the food for the most part came in stood at the counter wanted for people to finish talking about something funny I guess made my order all was ok ish would be nice if you could still get sauce from the lobby with out tryn to get someone's attention
