Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Disgusting bathrooms. Wet spills infront of the sink in different spots on the floor, my child slipped!!! Bathrooms were both full, 2 employees at the same time. Very very sick to my stomach smell. We had to wait that seemed like forever for a stahl to become available. Paper towels take forever to give (sensors suck) and they cheaped us out on the serving of fries. But the Burgers were GREAT & Drive thru ladies were nice. Please work on atmosphere mostly. My child and I were the only customers there, no reason for the smell and long bathroom wait!

Ordered a meal with a 3 piece chicken tenders and fries got the fries and a hotdog that we didn’t order no chicken tenders. The guy even repeated our order to us and it was correct. I called 3 times when I realized it was not what we ordered nobody picked up. The place wasn’t even busy at the time we went and ordered

I came here last night with my children for a special Friday treat to celebrate the last day of school. We ordered food and ice-cream and it was terrible. The lady taking our order rung it up wrong and my daughter self conscious because she told her she couldn't hear her and to repeat herself because she has a speech issue. Then we waited for our food it took over 30 minutes plus I had to up to the counter and remind of our order. 3 people came after us and they got their food first. Then my children's ice cream was practically liquid and a disappointment. I will never step foot back in this restaurant and i will make sure the parents in my children's school never eat here. This is the worst restaurant experience I ever had. My daughter left crying because of the lady at the counter. I hope this place gets shutdown!!!

Best Service bar none! She was fast, intelligent and had a contagious SMILE. I'll overlook the 2 Dr. Peppers she forgot on my drive thru order
Food was hot, correctly made & deliciously fresh. My total was $56.+ For 4 fulfilling combo meals.

Do not bother going to this location any time close to closing all I wanted was a custard sándwich and they purposely never took my order then at the window they ignored my car like if I wasn’t even there 20 mins before closing

I’ve come here a couple of time and honestly the food is subpar compared to other This location is disappointing because if you go to close to closing time you wait 20 mins for your food and they are always conveniently “out of custard” every time. Which translates to I’ve cleaned this station and don’t want to make a mess again. The customer service is not great at night either. You feel like you’re a burden by being there. The fries were cold to top it off. I will go a little further to the one in Baytown moving forward.

This was my first time coming to Freddy's and I must say this establishment has a lot to offer. The ambiance was pleasant and the place was clean. From the moment I walked in the door it brought me back to a much simpler and happier time in my life. The service was excellent and Gabe was very hospitable and attentive. The food came out very quickly. I will be returning with my family in the future.

Food is prepared well seasoned properly, etc., however, orders taken via the mobile app are almost never filled correctly by the staff at this location. Just today, I was told that everything was in the takeout bag, but was left without my Sunday and fry sauce despite ordering both.

Their phones are also disconnected now, presumably to avoid having to deal with customers in this situation. Do not recommend unless you are going to sit in to make sure you actually get all of your food.

This spot is always A-1 with the service and the food! Shout out to Gabe the manager who made sure everything was top notch and fast! This is one of my favs definitely top 10 in Htown...I will definitely be back again and again!
