Hadn’t been to a Freebirds in awhile so thought I’d check it out. Portion is quite small for a bowl compared to Chipotle. Quality is ok. Definitely prefer Chipotle for flavor and portion size.

The meats are so good... It is better than chipotle and I wasn't expecting that.
I am a delivery application driver. The staff on duty is too slow preparing the orders to go. I have already had to reject 2 orders due to the excessive delay in delivering the orders. We have to change that staff, starting with the chubby guy who attends to the drop off of those orders.

Portions are big, but rice was overcooked, beans were chalky, and I bit into a bay leave that was not removed. It wasn't busy, but the person that prepared my order definitely did not want to be there.
