at first was very unhappy with the experience as I ordered delivery and it had a set time to be delivered and after more than an hour last the delivery time, with no way to track the order, I called the store and decided to drive there instead to resolve it. Alex answered and was very friendly, understanding, and apologetic and told me to come in. Was it a mistake?
