Schlotzsky's Reviews
The lady that attended me was super sweet and polite the food is delicious and they are quick. My cinnamon was warm and soft almost made to perfection. What I didn’t like was an older lady and I didn’t catch her face but she got an attitude with her coworkers not sure if she’s a manager but I would hate for her to be mine. People make mistakes go easy on them. You’re not perfect (lady with an attitude) they aren’t perfect and I’m not perfect....read full review
I usually give their sandwiches a 5 star but my bread was dry. I think it was over toasted.
Fresh and nice combination

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli is a well-known sandwich chain with a nice, clean, and quiet atmosphere. The restaurant has plenty of tables. The food is consistently good, with the Turkey Bacon Deluxe and turkey sandwich being classic choices. However, the potato soup is basically potato water with a few chunks of potato, and the bread can be sharp. Service varies by location; some employees are not super friendly, while others provide amazing customer service, being very helpful and honest about ingredient quality, like unripe avocados. One location got an order completely wrong, but another location delivered a large group order on time with no complaints. Parking can be difficult due to the location. Overall, the sandwiches taste good, and the experience can be positive depending on the staff.
