The lovely lady that took our order and prepared our food was Awesome!
Ordered catering from this location in the morning, and they were able to deliver everything on time the same day. Chris, our delivery driver, was fantastic. He came into a corporate office, waited about 10 minutes while we got a room ready, and then helped set up the entire lunch for us. Great service all around, would definitely recommend!
Love the food like always! Super fast!

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli is a well-known sandwich chain with a nice, clean, and quiet atmosphere. The restaurant has plenty of tables. The food is consistently good, with the Turkey Bacon Deluxe and turkey sandwich being classic choices. However, the potato soup is basically potato water with a few chunks of potato, and the bread can be sharp. Service varies by location; some employees are not super friendly, while others provide amazing customer service, being very helpful and honest about ingredient quality, like unripe avocados. One location got an order completely wrong, but another location delivered a large group order on time with no complaints. Parking can be difficult due to the location. Overall, the sandwiches taste good, and the experience can be positive depending on the staff.
