I love freebirds but this location specifically is not the best. I don't know his name but he's the guy that put the burrito together. It was going well at first but when it came to rolling the burrito, he was absolutely terrible. Making a complete mess, not even closing it properly and just had an attitude whenever we made it clear that we didn't like how he put it together. I don't understand why you'd hire someone that can't even do their job properly....

I recently ate lunch from here through a lunchdrop group order. They nailed my order, the burrito tasted fresh and they even honored my request for BBQ sauce on the side. A lot of restaurants just simply ignore special requests especially for group/to-go orders, but this place came through for me and it does not go unnoticed.

I have never been in a Freebirds before, but after the customer service I received today from Ria, I will definitely be back in soon. She was so welcoming and helpful. I got the nachos with ranch hand steak and chips on the side, so delicious. Thank you Ria for being amazing!
