Freebirds World Burrito

Stopped by an hour before closing and the moment I pull up I see the employee throw their hands up as if i inconvenience them. Anyways we go inside and they tell me that since they close in an hour. They only have what they have there and nothing more. I take a look and it’s literally nothing but rice and beans. No meat or any sorts. I’ve never not once seeing this before. Do they just stop cooking after a certain time? Is this the norm for Freebirds. I guess I’ll stick to Chipotle.

I ordered by way of door dash. My delivery was fine, however the food quality was horrible. Needless to say, TRUST the ratings as I regrettably did not.
I received none of the extras I paid for. Absolutely not a one. The food was sloppy, they put entirely too much of the cold items and liquid items that it made my food COLD, mushy, and therefore sloppy. I literally live 5 mins away.
I barely had meat and actually paid for dbl portions because the ratings stated they barely put meat. FACTS!
Way more creams and liquids than it was proteins, rice, or cheeses.
NEVER AGAIN. I HIGHLY, DON’T recommend.
I prefer a refund, and my time back because it wasted

I have been eating here for 17 years and cleaned their windows (Fish Window Cleaning) then the just stopped paying us. Bad business people. Left a bad tasted in my mouth.

I came around 6:45 PM. on a Thursday night. The place was empty. The 4 employees all looked like they did not want to be there. The meats looked pretty dry and not fresh in their containers. I still ordered a burrito, half birria and pork with the green sauce since I was already there and very hungry from a long work day. The meat inside the burrito was barely warm. The burrito as a whole lacked taste and freshness. Definitely will not be coming back. It's pretty expensive too for the food you get.

Parking: Area around is under construction and very difficult to get to.

The portion sizes on the bowl are atrocious. Only about 30% of bowl was filled up. I promise you, if you make an online order, you will get ripped off.

Great experience at this location! This was my first time trying Freebirds, and not only was the food delicious, but the service was AMAZING! To Heather, Bless You! You were so kind and helpful (you don't see that much these days, but it was greatly appreciated)! ? The brisket was bomb! Definitely recommended!

My first time here and the food was cold and overpriced. Not as good as other local burrito places. All I wanted was a HOT meal on a nice Saturday afternoon. No seasoning. The potatoes were stale and nasty.
