Front of house were very accommodating, back of house made sure meats and line ingredients didn’t stay low for long. Dining area including trash areas and drink station were kept clean, nothing was pile up or in the way. Very laid back and calm atmosphere while being very attentive to customers. Large amount of options for variety in taste and or diet where you can’t go wrong with any choice you make.
Derrick ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide a great experience! He's responsive, accommodating, amiable and attentive. I can't say the same for the rest of the staff, but Derrick has the best customer service out of every Freebirds I've been to, and I travel A LOT for work.
We came in after we went church as a family on Easter Sunday. There was a new employee and I didn't get her name but she was very nice and attentive. The gentleman that helped us also answered all my questions and was professional. Love Freebirds.
