Best Filipino food in Houston! The lumpia is everything you want! Piled high to last the whole meal with friends or family! The fried pork belly was delicious! Fried hard enough to get your crust and still leave a nice chew and bite on the pork. The chicken adobo is so good! Especially when paired with the garlic rice! It's located in the back of the building. Once you come to the back you can't miss it! I heard the live music nights are legendary.

Great authentic Filipino food and ambiance. Very good friendly service. Had the sisig, pancit palabok, crispy adobo flakes and everything was delicious. Wish they had more craft beer choices. On a side note, their restroom had a very good sound system:)

Gerry’s Grill was a pleasant surprise for us! It is a Filipino restaurant we did not realize as we came in. It’s in Asia town. But wow so much good food!!! ??? we had garlic adobo shreds, crispy pata (deep fried pork knuckles), grilled squid, bangoong rice, and mixed veggies chopsuey. It was all great and there was this garnish made from pickled papaya and carrot that was great! My sister and kept asking for more ? Then to top it off they had a band playing at about 8:30pm which we got to listen to as we let the food settle.Lastly, JJ our waiter was fantastic! Patient and friendly! We loved him!

When walking in, the inside was decorated with leaves and had very nice decor. It was very pretty especially for pictures. The food was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious and came in a timely manner. The waiters were also really friendly and made you feel right at home. Would recommend and would definitely come back.

I visited the restaurant for lunch and decided on the caldereta. For those unfamiliar with Filipino cuisine, it's a robust beef stew with a hint of sweetness. The ambiance was pleasant for a midday meal, featuring music and sports broadcasting on the bar's television, all within a tidy setting. I must admit, my experience at Gerry's Grill was delightful.

Great food and good service. Saturday they had live music, but it was just too loud that my friends and I could not hear each other. Over all good atmosphere and good food, but please lower the speakers so people can still have a conversation.

They have live music Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We went on a Saturday night and had a great time. Please be prepared if you do go on one of these nights it’s nearly impossible to have a decent conversation with the people you’re with. I had the Gerry’s ice tea (highly recommend), the chicken inasa (such great flavors! So good!), and bicon express(also really great flavors kind of sweet and spicy) overall would definitely go back

This place is definitely one ofY husband and I’s favorite spots for date night! The service is attentive and friendly, the live music is great and sets the mood making the atmosphere very lively and the food is mouth watering! We’ve been here several times and one of our favorite dishes is definitely the garlic rice. Man… that garlic rice is something else! The chicken inasal is so juicy and tender and very well seasoned. The lumpiang Shanghai with the sauce is crispy and packed with flavor! The sizzling sisig is so good and I definitely recommend. The crispy pata is literally as big as your head and so juicy and very well seasoned. Basically everything you get here is amazing and you can’t go wrong. Their dessert are yummy too! Their halo halo is my favorite but their flan is also delicious. If you’re looking for an for night out with good food and entertainment, this is definitely the place to be.

It’s always a pleasure at Gerry’s Grill. The food is excellent and the staff is so welcoming. My family and I enjoy dining here. Liz, the assistant manager approached us and made us feel even more welcomed. We can’t wait to go back on a Saturday evening for their live music entertainment.

Great tasting Filipino food. Large portions at a decent price. I love listening to music while eating but live music is too loud to the point of being unpleasant. I cannot even talk to the person next to me without shouting. It is not a concert hall and the acoustic of the room is not built for that. It will be nice if you can fix this to make it a more pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
