About Gerry's Grill

Based on the reviews, Gerry's Grill is a restaurant in Houston that serves authentic Filipino food. The atmosphere is warm, lively, very welcoming, friendly, relaxed, and comfortable. The food is outstanding and delicious from start to finish. The crispy pata is the star of the table, perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. The grilled squid is fantastic, smoky, juicy, and cooked just right. The pork barbecue skewers are so good. Other meals mentioned include pork sinigang, lumpia, shrimp gambas, dinakdakan, banana lumpia (turon), Pancit Bihon with Crispy Pork, Adobe rice, Lumpiang Shanghai, Kare Kareng Lechon Kawali, Sizzling Pork Sisig w/ Egg, Garlic Rice, and HaloHalo. The portions are big and good for sharing, and one can ask for a foodie bag to bring home. The staff are very friendly and have given excellent food service. The price quality is excellent. There is a full bar, but all beers are only available from a bottle. This is a huge restaurant with a stage for live music. There are lots of tables, a small private room area, and plenty of parking space. This place is highly recommended for families and big groups.

The wait staff are very attentive and courteous. The food didn’t fail to disappoint. I describe the food we ordered for dinner as sinfully good. Burp! Thank you, Gerry’s Grill. Until my next visit.
I recently dined at Gerry's Grill in Chinatown, and it's undoubtedly one of the best Filipino restaurants in town. The restaraunt is spacious, with separate sections for private parties and the main hall, providing ample seating.

The restaurant boasts a variety of authentic Filipino dishes, including the sizzling pork sisig, my personal favorite. a silky and milky traditional Filipino tea, and stir fried rice noodle dish. One other highlight for me was their delicious...read full review
