Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Grew up there. Haven’t been in a long time. Took my kids there for there birthday and and I brought family with me. At 11am on 12/15/25 and we are all getting organized and a littler short waitress Hispanic lady didn’t have patient to wait for everyone to figure out what we going to do and she yelled me at me in Spanish what we wanted to drink. I was confused as to why she yelling at me if I’m not the one was paying so she killed everyone’s mood. And after we got our drink she went and sat at the corner table next to the entrance with two other coworkers and paid no mind to us and we was trying to get her attention so my mother went and stood next to her to tell her we wanted a refill. Then she gets in our faces to and repeatedly ask us if we are good and after we said yes over and over. So we made it short to leave and she walked around the table expecting tip for the attitude she gave us. Then tell my mom sarcastically “gracias por la propina “ . Make us not wanna go back.

This is a place where you can enjoy a variety of foods and desserts, salads, and much more. I personally enjoy the cuisine offered at this buffet. Thank you and see you soon.

The Gulf Freeway location is the bomb. Their food is always good and very seasoned

We don’t hate yall and could care less that you don’t like us. We want everyone to be successful and take care of their families by working hard just as we do. You can ignore us and walk away when we try to ask for help but that don’t do anything but make me wonder why. I took the insults in Spanish and smiled like I would still save their lives if it came down to it. Thanks for frying us some fish Migo! Me & my fellow Veteran/business owner would have tipped the whole building but he noticed as well and we got our to go plates and left draped in gold and diamonds

Not alot to choose from, the meats were over cooked and dry, the food was randomly placed in containers that made no sense to be side by side. The steak lady only gave me a piece of steak the size of a debit card..floors were filthy. I love golden corral but this location was not good

Decent Golden Corral, in the top 10 of locations visited. Dining room decently sized to accommodate even when busy, and they do get busy sometimes.

Food: I've seen better selections at other Golden Corral's, but this one's isn't bad. The main problem is that the person server steak clearly either did not care or understand what the differences in steak temperatures are (well vs medium vs rare). I felt like I was always offered well done and struggled to get rare.
